      Since September 2022, QR-bills are mandatory in Switzerland for all invoices. They replace old payment slips and include a QR code that customers can scan to pay directly from their banking app. PayMatch automatically generates compliant QR-bills with all required information, ensuring your invoices are always accepted by Swiss banks.

    • How does payment reconciliation work?

      PayMatch matches payments with your invoices using CAMT.053 bank statements. Simply upload your bank statement file, and we'll match incoming payments to the correct invoices.

    • Can I create recurring invoices?

      Yes! Recurring invoices are available on the Pro plan (CHF 6/month). Set up templates for rent, subscriptions, or membership fees that automatically generate invoices on your schedule—weekly, monthly, or yearly. Perfect for landlords and businesses with regular billing cycles.

    • What's the difference between Free and Pro plans?

      The Free plan includes 5 invoices/month, 3 clients, and 1 user—perfect for trying PayMatch. The Pro plan (CHF 6/month) offers unlimited invoices and clients, up to 5 team members, recurring invoices, custom branding, financial reports, and team collaboration features.

    • Can I send quotes before creating invoices?

      Absolutely! PayMatch includes a quotes feature where you can create professional estimates. Clients can accept or reject quotes, and you can convert approved quotes to invoices with one click. This helps you manage your sales pipeline efficiently.

    • Do you support multiple currencies?

      PayMatch is built specifically for the Swiss market and currently supports CHF (Swiss Francs) only. This ensures full compliance with Swiss QR-bill standards and banking regulations.

    • Can I customize my invoices with my logo?

      Yes! Custom branding is available on the Pro plan. Upload your logo and customize invoice colors to match your brand. All invoices will be sent with your professional branding, making you look more established and trustworthy.

    • How do I add team members?
