Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms of Service (ToS) apply to all services provided by Maxapp GmbH (hereinafter "PayMatch" or "we") in connection with the use of the PayMatch platform for creating and managing invoices, payment reconciliation, and related services.
2. Subject Matter
PayMatch provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for creating QR-bill invoices according to Swiss standards, payment reconciliation via CAMT file upload, and managing customers, products, and recurring invoices.
3. Registration and Account
To use PayMatch, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Services and Availability
PayMatch strives for high platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance work may be performed with prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue the platform at any time.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices for using PayMatch are indicated on our website. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT. Payment is made in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly or annually). In case of payment default, we reserve the right to suspend access.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time. Cancellation is done through the platform or by email. Upon cancellation, your access remains until the end of the already paid billing period. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or delete accounts for violations of these Terms of Service.
7. Liability
PayMatch is not liable for damages arising from the use or unavailability of the platform, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages. We assume no liability for the accuracy of invoices or payment receipt.
8. Data Protection
The protection of your data is important to us. Details on the processing of your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. If you do not agree to the changed Terms of Service, you may cancel your account.
10. Final Provisions
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. If individual provisions of these Terms of Service are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
